1.  What methods can I pay by?

Paypal - Checkout your item, we will calculate the total amount for you automatically, and direct you to PayPal web site.
Credit card - Please through Paypal.
Bank deposit - You will get our bank details after you check out.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally, your parcel will be dispatched in 24 hours when payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 2-5 business days in every city of Australia and 7-15 working days outside Australia.

Please note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods. sometimes it may take a little longer, due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 10 business days(Within Australia) or 20 Business days(Outside Australia). 

If you pay by Express post, it will be Next day (working day) delivery to most Australian destinations for orders with payment received before 12 noon on weekdays.  Please note: Express Delivery is not available on public holidays.   It usually takes 1-2days to arrive within Australia.


3. Could you please explain what 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 etc sizing means?

It is Australian Size. Size 8 is Small, Size 10 is Medium, Size 12 is Large, Size 14 is XLarge, and Size 16 is XXLarge.  You can refter to CheerBuy_Sizing, you can also find international size there.


4. How long do I have to return items?

If you have any reason that you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt.


5. Is the postage refundable?

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.


6. How do I log in to your website?

Simply click on the Log In icon at the top of our Home Page or click here, enter your email address OR customer number and password, and submit.

If you have not already registered on our website, please click on the "Join Now" button, and fill in your details.  If you are an existing customer please tick yes and enter your customer number in to the box.

If you can no longer remember your password, please click on the "Locate Password" button, and an email will be sent to you with your password details. (If you do not receive a password you may not have registered online yet or we may have a different email address registered for you.)


7. Can I cancel something from my order?

Yes. After you finish your order on our website and want to cancel something, the best way is to give us an urgent call(61-2-96386280). We will help you out!


8. Can I change my address details?

Yes you can.  Simply log in to the website, and click on "My Account" at the top of the page, enter your email address and password, and alter your details.  There is no need to call us as well, as your details will be updated from our website!


9. Was the order that I placed yet received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment.  If you have not yet received this, please email eshop@cheersbuy.com, and we will check this for you.


10. I have a voucher of $10 offered, how do I use this option on my order through the website?

Simply type the number of the voucher  when you check out through the website.


11. What are the delivery charges?

Goods are delivered by Aust Post registed/express parcle or air/sea mail parcle (oversea), the postage is calculated by its weight and measurement.


12. Can you send me my password?

Please Click "Located Passowrd" in this page, your password will be sent to you.


13. I have been sent the incorrect item.  What should I do?

We apologise for the mistake that we have made.  Please contact us at your earliest convenience by email to eshop@cheersbuy.com. We will arrange a replacement for you postage is at our cost.


14. What should I do if I want to exchange an item?

If you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are   required to put in a prepaid self-addressed envelope/postal bag, with a note stating what size/colour you would like change for. To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you email us to reserve the styles you require before you post out your original item. The address for exchange:
